TERMS & CONDITIONS

FOR ORDERS WITH IF USA

• Minimum opening order amount is $200.00
• Minimum reorder amount is $100.00
• Orders over $500.00 ship free of freight charges
• Orders under $250.00 ship for the flat fee of $9.95
• Orders from $250.01 to $499.99 ship for the flat rate fee of $14.95.
• Shipping charges for international shipments and areas outside the contiguous United States will be determined on receipt of the order.

Placement of an order is an automatic agreement by the purchaser to all terms and conditions detailed here:

1. All orders are subject to acceptance by IF USA, LLC.
2. IF endeavors to deliver all orders complete. Incomplete deliveries will be made at IF's discretion.
3. All shortages must be reported to IF Customer Service Department within 7 working days of receipt of the order.
4. Damaged or faulty products must be reported to IF Customer Service Department. A credit or replacement will be issued.
5. Credit account invoices are due for settlement on the 30th day following the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
6. IF reserves the right to withdraw credit from customers who do not settle their account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
7. If the account/purchaser shall default in the due performance of its obligations IF, without prejudice to its rights shall be entitled to:

(a). Demand immediate payment of all balances due and to become due from the account/purchaser under any and all contracts
(b). Postpone or cancel any contracts for the supply of merchandise not yet delivered to the account/purchaser.IF also reserves the right to turn over uncollectable balances to credit collection companies.
